The case corresponding to the CBI FIR over fraud in the share of plots in the course of Hooda’s occupancy in the function of CM. The CBI in May probed Chattar Singh and the then principal secretary of Bhupinder Singh Hooda concerning an assumed implant case. On the saying of Administrators, Singh was scrutinized in relation with its probe into suspected wrongdoings in the distribution of manufacturing plots in Panchkula. The 14 people who were provided with allotted lands had made their applications on January 24, 2012, however the last date of submission was January 6, 2012, the FIR has claimed.

- Mr. Chattar Singh was a former IAS officer of 1980 remained Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister between 2009-13.
- The case which was conferred from the observance agency of Haryana to the CBI has called the then Chairman of HUDA or Mr. Hooda, existing as the Chief Minister of Haryana, three former bureaucrats, 13 recipients and unidentified officials of the authority and state government.
- The FIR also claimed that barred recipients were given plots at rates slighter than the dominant market charges, resulting in financial loss to be priced at numerous crores of rupees to the state.
