Important Amendments In Indian Constitution For UPSC-Check Here

The Constitution of India postulated the authorities of Parliament by dint of Article 368 in the direction of making changes and actions.

It is hardly adaptable and firm, but it is a blend of the two.

Through this section, it bestowed the influences of Parliament to make corrections and its procedures though unable to modify the facilities which frame simple formation of it.

The Constitution is written in three ways

  • Amendment by the simple majority of the Parliament
  • Amendment by the special majority of the Parliament.
  • Amendment by the special majority of the Parliament and the ratification of half of the state legislature.
