One of the best career choices after 12th, NDA (National Defence Academy) is undoubtedly one of the toughest institutions to take admission into. To become an Indian Army, Indian Navy or Indian Air Force officer, NDA & NA Exam is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). On 21st April 2019, NDA 1 written test will be held across hundreds of examination centres in the country. And, the official Answer for the same will also be made available on www.upsconline.nic.in, examsenquiry.com/nda, www.upsc.gov.in & various other portals. While the result of the same is expected almost in the last week of July 2019.
Having said that, NDA 2 2019 is the next version to be conducted in September month tentatively. In the official UPSC annual calendar 2019, Board of the controller of examinations has already revealed the important dates i.e. Online Application Form and Notification to be released on the same day i.e. 7th August 2019. The last date to fill and submit the Application Form will be 3rd September 2019. 3 Weeks prior to the exam Admit Cards/ Hall Tickets will be released on www.upsc.gov.in. The test is expected to be held on 17th November 2019 and by the end of the current year, Written Exam Results will be announced.
In comparison to previous years, NDA 2 2019 written exam date is delayed. Every year, either on first or second Sunday of September month, the exam was organised by UPSC. Reasons are still unknown. Following various misinformation in NDA application form & registration fees related issues, the candidature of a total of 231 candidates was cancelled straightaway by UPSC. And on its official website, the board clearly mentioned that “These candidates will not be issued the admit card for the written examination to be held on April 21, 2019. The candidates have to provide the fee submission proof in order to save the candidature in NDA NA 2019 exam.”
Official Notification of UPSC NDA Exam is a complete document in itself. Conditions of eligibility, centres of examination, the total number of vacancies, mobile phones banned, the penalty for wrong answers, last date for submission and withdrawal of applications, how to apply and conditions of eligibility etc. are all mentioned in official notification only. www.upsc.gov.in and www.upsconline.nic.in are two different websites for of same recruiting board i.e. Union Public Service Commission. But remember to identify the difference that the NDA information brochure will initially be uploaded on www.upsc.gov.in. But, the application form filling procedure will be carried out on www.upsconline.nic.in in a total of two parts.
